Some of my favorites from 2005

I wanted to post some of my favorite pictures of 2005. It was a wonderful year. The birth of my new Canon 20D and 85mm 1.8! I am so excited with this picture taking adventure. I had my first paying customers in 2005 a really big deal for me. My whole family has been so supportive with their comments. I get tickled sometimes when I hear your comments. I am proud of what I am learning and doing. Kristin you are a great mentor and friend, thank you for sharing yourself and your talent with me.

They are all cows to me!

I met up with the Huse family from Chilicothe, Texas at the Fort Worth Stock Show on Saturday. We did a bit of shopping and checked out a bit of an Angus show. Those animals are noisy! The girls are as precious as ever. They are so loving and warm, holding my hand as we shopped. Katy sat quietly in her stroller and took in the sights. Now Leann had a plan to buy a new purse and she found one....I will tell you she tried on a pretty interesting old time feminine garment along the way. Who needs surgery when you can get one of those she said. I took pictures but promised not to post. Leann it gave you life honey!!!!!
I really miss my Huse friends.....yes even Billy! Can't wait to see you all again...Love You!

Getting Silly

We had so much fun......(I) had so much fun doing my family pictures at the Botanic Garden in Fort Worth. They even let me do it twice. The leaves were still falling on this gorgeous day in December. Emily decided to roll me around in the leaves a bit. What fun! I see so much of my teen times in her. She is a little stinker just like I was. So always remember that what you did as a child really will come back to you as a parent. Kristin is trying to save my favorite shots so that I can have them look nice for you, so everyone get ready for my first ever "self family portrait". We are a great looking bunch in my honest opinion.
